Định kỳ (3-6 tháng một lần), căn cứ trên báo cáo của các KTVNB về từng ĐTKT, trưởng đoàn KTNB lập một báo cáo tóm tắt tình hình thực hiện khuyến nghị. Báo cáo này phản ánh tất cả các phát hiện trong kỳ (3-6 tháng) cùng với những nhận xét hợp lý về tình trạng thực hiện của các phát hiện tại thời điểm đó. Trưởng đoàn KTNB chịu trách nhiệm đối với các báo cáo này và trình lên Đơn vị chủ quản/Chủ đầu tư.
