Nếu nhà nhập khẩu không chú ý kiểm tra kỹ bộ chứng từ (từ lỗi, câu chữ, số lượng các loại chứng từ, cơ quan thẩm quyền cấp các loại giấy chứng nhận, …) mà chấp nhận bộ chứng từ có lỗi sẽ bị thiệt hại và gặp khó khăn trong việc khiếu nại sau này.
