2.2 Hoàn thiện, tăng cường công tác đào tạo nguồn nhân lực
- Tăng cường công tác đào tạo nguồn nhân lực:
Bên cạnh việc hoàn thiện, tăng cường hiệu lực của các qui định Nhà nước về lao động, đặc biệt là ký kết hợp đồng lao động, thỏa ước lao động, tính thuế thu nhập xử lý các tranh chấp lao động cá nhân và lao động, chúng ta cần tăng cường giáo dục toàn diện để nâng cao chất lượng lao động của Việt Nam, đáp ứng yêu cầu của các nhà ĐTNN về giá cả chất lượng, kỷ luật
lao động Việt Nam. Chính phủ cũng nên thành lập các Quĩ Kỹ Năng để hỗ trợ cho công tác đào tạo, nâng cao trình độ người lao động, nghiên cứu các chương trình kết hợp giữa Nhà nước và doanh nghiệp trong việc đào tạo, tái đào tạo lao động
