Đối với quá trình khai thác và kinh doanh hạ tầng kỹ thuật khu công nghiệp, khách hàng có thể bàn giao cho công ty một số loại tài sản như thông tin, tài liệu, hồ sơ, vật tư hoặc trang thiết bị để công ty thực hiện các dịch vụ hỗ trợ, đấu nối hoặc hoàn thiện hạ tầng kỹ thuật cho họ.
Trong các trường hợp như vậy, công ty phải nhận biết và kiểm tra xác nhận mọi tài sản do khách hàng giao để đảm bảo là chúng phù hợp với mục đích sử dụng. Khi phát hiện ra những tài sản do khách hàng cung cấp không đạt yêu cầu, công ty phải lập hồ sơ và thông báo ngay cho khách hàng.
Công ty đảm bảo giữ gìn tài sản của khách hàng khi chúng thuộc sự kiểm soát của công ty.
Bất kỳ tài sản nào của khách hàng bị mất mát, hư hỏng hoặc được phát hiện là không phù hợp cho việc sử dụng thì đều phải được thông báo ngay cho khách hàng.
Đối với các vật tư hoặc trang thiết bị do khách hàng cung cấp, cần phải được bảo quản theo cùng một cách như các vật tư hoặc trang thiết bị của công ty. Các tài sản này phải được thể hiện đầy đủ các yếu tố về chủng loại, chất lượng, nguồn gốc qua các biên bản giao nhận hay hóa đơn xuất hàng.
Đối với các tài liệu hoặc hồ sơ do khách hàng giao để công ty cung cấp các dịch vụ hỗ trợ, phòng Thương mại có trách nhiệm bảo quản theo cùng một cách như các tài liệu hoặc hồ sơ của công ty.
