Thông qua quá trình thực tập sinh viên được học hỏi và làm quen với những vấn đề liên quan đến chuyên ngành của mình. Sinh viên học hỏi , rèn luyện được phong cách làm việc, biết ứng xử trong các mối quan hệ tại cơ quan. Có cơ hội được khẳng định mình, vận dụng được những gì đã học và sáng tạo vào trong công việc tại nơi họ thực tập.
