Tổ chức trinh sát đám cháy:
- Khi đến đám cháy cử 1 tổ CBCS (2 người) làm nhiệm vụ trinh sát đám cháy, mang theo thiết bị phòng hộ (quần áo chống cháy, bình thở...) cùng đèn pin, bộ đàm, tiến hành tìm hiểu làm rõ tình hình diễn biến đám cháy có còn người bị nạn trong đám cháy, ở trên các tầng trên hay không để tổ chức cứu và chữa cháy. Thường xuyên báo cáo, liên lạc với chỉ huy chữa cháy đề ra những phương pháp và biện pháp chữa cháy phù hợp, có hiệu quả.
- Quá trình trinh sát phải kết hợp lực lượng cơ sở (những người am hiểu tình hình khu vực cháy) để tiến hành trinh sát đám cháy đạt kết quả tốt.
- Xác định số người bị kẹt trong đám cháy để tổ chức cứu. Xác định vị trí, diện tích đám cháy. Xác định vùng khói và nhiệt tác động, phá dỡ cửa ,tường để triển khai đội hình chữa cháy, thoát khói.
Giai đoạn 2:
Triển khai lực lượng phương tiện diễn tập phương án chữa cháy.
+ Xe 1 chữa cháy: đỗ tại sân khách sạn trên phố Nguyễn Khắc Cần, triển khai đội hình 02 lăng B qua cầu thang bộ lên tầng 8, khi thực tập không ra nước. Sau khi triển khai đội hình xong theo lệnh chỉ huy chữa cháy triển khai lăng giá phun lên bên ngoài toà nhà.

2.3. Nhiệm vụ cụ thể của các lực lượng khác
