Chúng tôi gồm:

Đã tiến hành tự kiểm tra an toàn PCCC theo kế hoạch công tác PCCC năm 2015 của Giám đốc Công ty.
Đối với: Toàn bộ khối Văn Phòng và xưởng sản xuất.
1. Kiểm tra hồ sơ PCCC:
- Hồ sơ theo dõi quản lý về PCCC của cơ sở theo quy định tại Thông tư
04/2004TT/BCA ngày 31/3/2004 của Bộ Công an phải có đầy đủ các văn bản sau như sau:

2. Kiểm tra thực tế:
• Kiểm tra công tác thường trực của đội PCCC Công ty, tổ PCCC của xưởng sản xuất, kho …
- Quân số trực trong ngày của đội PCCC Công ty theo lịch phân trực, quân số của các tổ đội PCCC của các xưởng sản xuất, kho ghi cụ thể tổng số theo phân trực . Tại thời điểm kiểm tra có mặt 10 nhân viên
- Báo động có cháy yêu cầu triển khai đội hình 2 lăng B, thời gian triển khai khi nước ra đầu lăng bao nhiêu phút? 02 phút
- Kiểm tra cách thức rải vòi chữa cháy, lắp lăng, tư thế đứng cầm lăng có đảm bảo  ; không đảm bảo •

Yêu cầu trưởng các bộ phận (xưởng sản xuất, kho chứa hàng) cam kết tổ chức thực hiên theo đúng lịch phân trực và nôi quy PCCC Công ty ban hành.
• Kiểm tra đường giao thông phục vụ chữa cháy trong khuôn viên cơ sở.
- Chiều rộng của đường nội bộ xung quanh cơ sở phải đảm bảo lớn hơn hoặc bằng 3,5 m, đạt  ; không đạt • và thực tế rộng 4,5 m
- Chiều cao thông thủy của đường nôi bộ xung quanh cơ sở phải đảm bảo lớn hơn hoặc bằng 4,25m. đạt  ; không • và thực tế cao 4,5 m
+ Kiến nghị. Yêu cầu trưởng các bộ phận (xưởng sản xuất, kho chứa hàng) cam kết tổ chức thực hiện không sắp xếp hàng hóa lấn chiếm đường nội bộ xung quanh cơ sở phục vụ xe chữa cháy theo đúng quy định
• Các lối thoát nạn trong xưởng sản xuất qua kiểm tra đảm bảo để thoát nạn khi có cháy xảy ra.
+ Kiểm tra số lượng cửa thoát nạn trong một xưởng sản xuất tối thiểu phải có 02 cửa thoát nạn đủ số lượng  ; không đủ số lượng • (trường hợp diện tích ràn lớn,

tập trung đông người, nguy cơ cháy nổ cao cửa thoát nạn, lối thoát nạn số lượng phải tuân thủ theo điều 7 TCVN 2622-1995).
+ Chiều rộng của cửa thoát nạn phải đạt 0,8 – 1,2m theo quy định, chiều cao tối thiểu 2m, kết luận đạt  ; không •

• Kiểm tra tình trạng hoạt động hệ thống thông gió tự nhiên, thoát khói.

+ Kiểm tra hệ thống điện trong Công ty có đảm bảo đúng theo quy định hay không; Trong Công ty phải luôn luôn có 03 nguồn điện. Một nguồn để phục vụ sản xuất. Một nguồn để phục vụ chiếu sáng sinh hoạt và bảo vệ. Một nguồn điện cho máy bơm chữa cháy

+ Dây dẫn điện trong xưởng sản xuất, trong kho chứa hàng, và khu vực khác phải luôn đi trong ống bảo vệ hoặc đi trong máng, máng phải có nắp bảo vệ:
