Thời hạn của Hợp đồng được tính từ ngày ký kết Hợp đồng nước đến khi các Bên cùng đồng ý chấm dứt Hợp đồng hoặc dự án của Bên mua nước chấm dứt, trừ khi Hợp đồng này chấm dứt theo quy định tại điều 8.2.
