Về vấn đề văn bản quy định về tuổi đời kỹ thuật của các tài sản ở Việt Nam hiện nay chưa có văn bản quy định về vấn đề này, chỉ có văn bản quy định về tuổi đời kinh tế. Do đó để đánh giá được tuổi đời kỹ thuật của tài sản là dựa và kinh nghiệm làm việc của thẩm định viên, khảo sát thông tin, phỏng vấn các chuyên gia kỹ sư về máy móc, thiết bị và xây dựng để đưa ra thời gian tồn tại của tài sản về mặt kỹ thuật.

Results (English) 1:

On the subject of writing regulations on the techniques of old properties in Vietnam currently have written rules on this issue, only the text of regulations on economic life. Thus to evaluate the technical life of the assets are based and work experience of the appraiser, survey information, interview the experts of engineering machinery, construction and equipment to put out the existence of assets technically.

Regarding IRR technical lifespan of the assets in Vietnam currently no written rules on the matter, only the text provisions on economic lifespan. Therefore in order to evaluate the technical lifetime of an asset is based and work experience of the examiner, survey information, interview experts engineer for machinery, equipment and construction to give time existence of technical assets.
