Tiếp tục và phát triển chương trình khuyến học “Đào tạo thế hệ mai sau”trong dịp đầu năm học - mùa tựu trường - sẽ trao giải cho những sinh viên nghèo vượt khó đậu vào các trường: Đại học với thứ hạng cao, các sinh viên đậu vào các trường cao đẳng và trung học chuyên nghiệp cũng như treo giải cho các em cấp II, III giỏi các môn toán, hóa, sinh vật, cuối mỗi năm sẽ được nhận giải thưởng DOMESCO và những sinh viên nghèo vượt khó học giỏi nhận suất học bổng dài hạn của DOMESCO. Chương trình này thu hút hàng trăm sinh viên trong ngoài tỉnh cũng như hàng ngàn học sinh cấp II, III tham gia. Góp phần với ngành giáo dục Tỉnh nhà thúc đẩy chất lượng học tập của các em cũng như góp phần đào tạo thế hệ mai sau cho tỉnh nhà.
