In particular, article 6 regulates the business (DN) non-payment in cash in the transaction of capital contribution and the sale, transfer of shares in ENTERPRISES; the DN is not credit institutions do not use cash when borrowing and lending to each other.According to SBV, as of the end of March, 2014, the country has over 15,500 automated teller machine (ATM) and on payment cards acceptance point 137,700 (POS) are installed, up 8.4% and 31.7% respectively compared to the end of 2012. In 2013, the number and value of POS transactions in Vietnam grow quite high, reaching over 28 million transactions and over 120,700 billion, up 34% and 26% respectively in comparison with the year 2012.In fact, the bank card has brought quite a lot of utilities for users such as: transfer, payment of goods services at POS, recurring with regular payments (money, money, water, phone, internet), online purchases at the supermarket ...Thêm vào đó, các ngân hàng cũng chú trọng tới các loại sản phẩm, dịch vụ hiện đại, tiện lợi hơn như ngân hàng điện tử, ngân hàng tại nhà, dịch vụ ngân hàng qua điện thoại di động, ví điện tử...
