Trên cơ sở báo cáo đánh giá hồ sơ dự thầu của tổ chuyên gia xét thầu và báo cáo thẩm định của hội đồng thẩm định, hội đồng phê duyệt kết quả đấu thầu họp và ghi lại biên bản xét thầu.
Trên cơ sơ biên bản xét thầu của hội đồng, tùy thuộc vào thẩm quyền, Tổng Giám đốc hoặc Chủ tịch Hội đồng Quản trị ra quyết định phê duyệt kết quả đấu thầu (BM/DA-04-11).
Phê duyệt kết quả đấu thầu phải đầy đủ các nội dung như: tên gói thầu, hạng mục, nhà thầu trúng thầu, giá trúng thầu, loại hợp đồng, thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng, v.v.

On the basis of reports Bid evaluation board, depending on the jurisdiction, CEO or Chairman of the Board decision to approve the bidding results (BM / DA-04-11).
To approve the bidding results must be complete the contents as: Package name, category, the winning bidder, bid price, contract type, duration of contract, etc.
