Nhà đầu tư liên hệ với Ban quản lý các KCN và Chế xuất thành phố Hà Nội để được
hướng dẫn quy trình, thủ tục hoàn thiện hồ sơ xin cấp phép đầu tư trong cụm công nghiệp,
trình UBND Thành phố phê duyệt.
Nhà đầu tư xin thuê đất đầu tư phát triển sản xuất trong các cụm công nghiệp nghiên cứu các
văn bản pháp quy liên quan của Nhà nước và UBND thành phố Hà Nội về Điều kiện để thuê
đất trong cụm CN, các tiêu chí ưu tiên được thuê đất trong cụm CN; trình tự, thủ tục xem xét
chấp thuận được thuê đất và những quy định sử dụng đất và xây dựng nhà xưởng trong cụm
CN để hoàn thiện hồ sơ, trình UBND Thành phố phê duyệt.
Bước 4: Nếu hồ sơ xin đầu tư được UBND Thành phố chấp thuận, nhà đầu tư thực hiện các
bước tiếp theo. Nếu hồ sơ xin đầu tư không được chấp thuận, Ban quản lý khu, cụm CN
hoàn trả các khoản tiền nhà đầu tư đã nộp và kết thúc các giao dịch liên quan.
Bước 5: Bên thuê đất ký hợp đồng thuê lại đất với Ban quản lý khu, cụm CN.
Bước 6: Bên thuê đất nộp nốt số tiền thuê đất theo quy định trong hợp đồng thuê lại đất.
