Mục tiêu đồ án này là tìm ra phương án cải tạo phù hợp nhất với khu vực này theo tiêu chí "Former community spirit in new appearance", nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sống khu vực, đồng thời quan tâm đến sinh kế của người dân nhưng vẫn đảm bảo lợi ích của nhà đầu tư, để trở thành một trong những dự án điển hình trong việc cải tạo tái định cư chung cư cũ theo hình thức xã hội hóa.

The goal of this thesis was to find the most suitable renovation projects with this area according to the criterion of "Former community spirit in new appearance", aimed at improving the quality of life in the area, at the same time attention to people's livelihood but still ensure the interests of investors, to become one of the typical project in the renovated old apartment relocation in the form of commune Chemical Society.
