3.2. Các chi phí sử dụng điện, nước, điện thoại, chi phí đổ rác và các dịch vụ khác do bên B thanh toán cho bên cung cấp điện, nước, điện thoại và các cơ quan quản lý dịch vụ.
3.3. Phương thức thanh toán:
