Dựa trên tiềm năng và năng lực hiện có của tỉnh (vị trí địa lý, tài nguyên, lao động, vốn, năng lực hệ thống sản xuất, các ngành công nghiệp hiện có) cùng với liên kết vùng với vùng kinh tế trọng điểm phía Nam, khu vực Đông Nam Á và khu vực Đông Á, các ngành công nghiệp sau được tỉnh coi như mũi nhọn trong phát triển công nghiệp: (i) Cơ khí chế tạo; (ii) Sản xuất vật liệu xây dựng; (iii) Luyện kim; (iv) Khai thác; (v) Công nghiệp hóa chất; (vi) Điện tử tin học; (vii) Chế biến nông lâm thủy sản, chế biến thực phẩm; (viii) Dệt may, da giầy; (ix) Công nghiệp điện nước. Tỉnh hướng đến phát triển công nghiệp theo chiều sâu, tạo ra giá trị gia tăng cao cho sản phẩm công nghiệp, hình thành nền công nghiệp hỗ trợ, giảm nhập siêu. Các ngành công nghiệp khác được phát triển theo hướng bền vững, phù hợp với tiềm năng, điều kiện đặc thù của lĩnh vực đó.

Results (English) 1:

Based on the potential and the existing capacities of the provinces (geographical location, resources, labor, capital, capacity in the production system, the existing industry) along with the link to the key economic region in the South, South East Asia and East Asia, the following industries are the seen as the spearhead of industrial development (i) mechanic; (ii) production of building materials; (iii) metallurgy; (iv) extraction; (v) the chemical industry; (vi) electronic and information technology; (vii) processing of agriculture and forestry aquatic products, processed food; (viii) textile, footwear; (ix) electricity and water industry. The province towards industrial development in depth, create high value industrial products, form the support industry, reduce the deficit. Other industries are developing in the direction of sustainable, consistent with the potential, specific conditions of that field.

Based on potential and existing capacities of provinces (geographic location, natural resources, labor, capital, energy production systems, existing industry) along with regional links with key economic region South, Southeast Asia and East Asia, the following industries are regarded as a key province in industrial development: (i) in Mechanical Engineering; (Ii) Production of construction materials; (Iii) Metallurgy; (Iv) Mining; (V) Chemical industry; (Vi) Electronic information; (Vii) Processing of agricultural, forestry, aquaculture, food processing; (Viii) Textile, leather and footwear; (Ix) Utilities Industry. Province towards industrial development in depth, creating high value-added industrial products, form the industry support, reducing the trade deficit. The other industries are developed in a sustainable way, in line with potential, specific conditions of that sector.
