- Frequent recurrences: recurrence ≥ 2 times within 6 months
- after the first meet or ≥ 4 recurrences in 12 months.
- Dependent on steroids: 2 times recurrence while on corticosteroid therapy or in Within 14 days after discontinuation of corticosteroids.
