Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng nếu có phát sinh hoặc thay đổi gì thì hai bên yêu cầu phải thông báo bằng văn bản cho bên kia trước 05 (năm) ngày để cùng nhau bàn bạc và thoả thuận giải quyết.
