Nếu một trong hai bên phản đối bất

Nếu một trong hai bên phản đối bất kỳ hành động hoặc không hành động của Bên kia, bên phản đối có thể gửi Thông báo tranh chấp bằng văn bản cho Bên kia cung cấp chi tiết của các tranh chấp. Bên nhận Thông báo tranh chấp sẽ xem xét và trả lời bằng văn bản trong vòng mười bốn (14) ngày sau khi nhận được thông báo tranh chấp. Nếu Bên đó không đáp ứng trong vòng mười bốn (14) ngày, hoặc tranh chấp không được giải quyết thông qua hòa giải trong vòng mười bốn (14) ngày sau khi có phản ứng của một Bên, thì Điều 49.1 Quy định chung sẽ được áp dụng.

Results (English) 1:

If either party oppose any act or failure to act of the other party, the opposition party could submit the dispute notice in writing to the other party provided details of the dispute. The party receiving the notice of the dispute will review and respond in writing within fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of dispute. If that party does not respond within fourteen (14) days, or the dispute is not resolved through mediation within fourteen (14) days after the response of the one party, 49.1 General rules will apply.

If either party objects to any action or inaction of the other Party, the opposition can send notice in writing to dispute the other party to provide details of the dispute. Dispute notification receiving party will consider and respond in writing within fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of the dispute. If the party does not respond within fourteen (14) days, or the dispute is not resolved through mediation within fourteen (14) days after the reaction of a party, the General Regulations, Article 49.1 will apply.
