Ngày 22 tháng 12 năm 2014, Bộ Tài chính đã ban hành Thông tư số 200/2014/TT-BTC hướng dẫn chế độ kế toán doanh nghiệp Việt Nam (Thông tư 200) thay thế Quyết định số 15/2006/QĐ-BTC ngày 20 tháng 03 năm 2006 (Quyết định 15), và có hiệu lực cho năm tài chính bắt đầu từ hoặc sau ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2015.
Ảnh hưởng của các thay đổi chính sách kế toán theo hướng dẫn của Thông tư 200 được áp dụng phi hồi tố. Chi nhánh đã bổ sung thuyết minh thông tin so sánh trên báo cáo tài chính đối với các chỉ tiêu có sự thay đổi giữa Thông tư 200 và Quyết định 15 tại Thuyết minh số VII của báo cáo tài chính.
