Như đã nêu ở khoản V.8 trang 14 của thuyết minh báo cáo tài chính số dư vay ngắn hạn tại ngày 31/12/2014 với số tiền là 12.735.140.000 đồng (trong đó vay Nhà đầu tư nước ngoài bằng ngoại tệ là 590.000 USD và vay cá nhân là 200.000.000 đồng). Đến thời điểm phát hành báo cáo kiểm toán này, chúng tôi chưa nhận được thư xác nhận cho khoản nợ vay nêu trên. Với những tài liệu hiện có, chúng tôi không có cơ sở để xác định tính đúng đắn của số dư khoản vay ngắn hạn nêu trên tại ngày 31/12/2014

As stated in paragraph v.8 page 14 of presentation of financial statements the balance of short-term loans at 31/12/2014 for the amount of 12.735.140.000 VND (in which foreign investors borrowing in foreign currency is $ 590,000 and personal loan is 200,000,000 dollars). To the time of release of this audit report, we have not received confirmation for the loan debts listed above. With the materials we have, we have no basis to determine the correctness of the balance above short-term loans at 31/12/2014

With the existing literature, we have no basis for determining the validity of the balance of short-term loans above at 31/12/2014
