tất cả các vấn đề tranh chấp và bất đồng phát sinh trong qua trình thực hiện hợp đồng này sẽ được giải quyết bằng phương pháp thương lượng. trong trường hợp không thể giải quyết được tranh chấp qua thương lượng thì hai bên sẽ báo cáo lên tập đoàn dầu khí việt nam để giải quyết. trường hợp không thể giải quyết được tranh chấp thông qua tập đoàn dầu khí việt nam thì tranh chấp sẽ được đưa ra tòa án có thẩm quyền tại Quảng Ngãi để phân xử

all the issues of dispute and disagreement that arises in the implementation process through this contract shall be settled by negotiation. in the event the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the two sides will report up the Vietnam oil and gas Corporation to solve. the case could not resolve the dispute through the Vietnam oil and gas Corporation, then the dispute will be given competent court in Quang Ngai to arbitration
