Điều 13. Thay đổi, bổ sung thông tin khách hàng
Khi có sự thay đổi một hoặc nhiều thông tin trong hồ sơ thông tin khách hàng, Chủ tài khoản lập văn bản thông báo và đề nghị thay đổi, bổ sung thông tin được lập theo mẫu của BIDV (Biểu mẫu CN-02/HSTTKH đối với khách hàng cá nhân; Biểu mẫu TC-03/HSTTKH đối với khách hàng tổ chức) hoặc do khách hàng tự lập đảm bảo đầy đủ các thông tin cần thiết theo yêu cầu của BIDV.
