Công việc hoàn thành:

- Thiết lập bô máy cơ cấu vận hành và quản lý tốt chất lượng dịch vụ của đội outsource: An Ninh, Vệ Sinh, Cảnh quan, kỹ thuật và dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng.
- Quản lý và vận hành chất lượng dịch vụ khu đô thị tốt.
- Kiểm soát gắt gao về công tác đăng ký thủ tục vào/ra và lịch tuần tra của đội An Ninh trong việc phát hiện và báo cáo vấn đề bất thường của nhà thầu, giao hàng, khách viếng thăm....nhằm đảm bảo an toàn Cư Dân mức tối đa.
- Kết hợp sát sao với đôi Dự án trong việc kiểm tra và khắc phục lỗi trong quá trình thi công trước khi bàn giao nhà tới Cư Dân.
- Phát triển và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với Cư Dân cũng như xây dựng giá trị cộng đồng với dịch vụ hữu ích: giặt là, người giúp việc, dọn nhà, shuttle bus....
- Theo sát công tác nhận và khắc phục lỗi nhà của đội kỹ thuật từ yêu cầu của Cư Dân trong hạng mục bảo hành với thời gian hợp lý và nhanh chóng.
- Cập nhật thông báo và gửi thư kịp thời tới Cư Dân các vấn đề liên quan của đô thị.
- Kết hợp kỹ sư trưởng về lịch bảo dưỡng định kỳ trang thiết bị máy móc của đô thị.
- Thiết lập ngân quĩ vận hành và báo cáo tài chính hàng tháng.
