9.3.2 Các quy định tại mục 9.3.1 của điều này sẽ không áp dụng trong trường hợp Bên Mua không thực hiện đúng nghĩa vụ quy định tại Điều 3 và Phụ lục 2 của Hợp đồng này, đồng thời không áp dụng nếu Bên Bán gặp Sự kiện bất khả kháng mà sự kiện này làm cho Bên Bán không thể bàn giao Căn hộ theo đúng ngày dự kiến. Trong trường hợp này hai bên thống nhất rằng thời gian bàn giao Căn hộ dự kiến sẽ được cộng thêm một thời gian tương ứng với thời gian diễn ra Sự kiện bất khả kháng và thời gian để Bên Bán khắc phục các hậu quả phát sinh từ sự kiện này. Bên Bán sẽ gửi thông báo bằng văn bản cho Bên Mua để thông báo thời gian bàn giao dự kiến mới.

the provisions of section 9.3.1 9.3.2 of this article shall not apply in case the buyer does not perform correctly the obligation specified in article 3 and Appendix 2 of this agreement, and does not apply if the seller against unforeseen events that make this event the seller could not hand over the apartment according to the scheduled date. In this case the two parties agree that the transfer time is expected to be flat, plus a period corresponding to the duration of the event and the time for the seller to remedy the consequences arising from this event. The seller shall send notice in writing to the buyer to inform the new expected delivery time.

Results (English) 2:

9.3.2 The provisions of Section 9.3.1 of this will not apply in case the Buyer fails to comply with the obligations stipulated in Article 3 and Appendix 2 of this Agreement, and shall not apply if the sell met majeure event which makes this event Seller can not hand over apartments in accordance with the expected date. In this case, both parties agree that the time handover apartment is expected to be added with a time corresponding to the duration of the force majeure event and the time to fix the Seller consequences arising from this event. Seller shall send a written notice to the Purchaser to notify the expected time new consoles.
