Từng nhân viên trong phòng marketing sẽ thực hiện việc phân tích kết quả vùng/kênh/nhãn hiệu mình phụ trách vào ngày thứ 6 hàng tuần, sau đó lên kế hoạch đi thị trường cho tuần kế tiếp và gửi cho cấp quản lý trực tiếp vào ngày thứ 7 hàng tuần.
