Do công ty nghỉ tết từ chiều 04/02/

Do công ty nghỉ tết từ chiều 04/02/2016 ( 26 tháng Chạp ) đến hết ngày 14/02/2016 ( mùng 7 Tết) nên lịch thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản và tiền mặt cho XCU và nhân
viên trong tháng 02/2016 sẽ được qui định như sau :

- Thu mua phải chuyển toàn bộ công nợ tháng 01/2016 tới phòng Tài vụ chậm nhất vào lúc 16h ngày 16/02/2016 để kế toán kiểm tra và trình ký BLĐ.

- Công nợ Tháng 01/2016 sẽ được thanh toán vào ngày 29/02/2016 (thay vì 25/02/2015).

- Những PĐN (đã được BLĐ phê duyệt) cần thanh toán trước Tết phải được chuyển đến phòng Tài vụ trước ngày 28/01/2016.

- Sau ngày 28/01/2016, kế toán không nhận lệnh thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản, sẽ được tiếp tục sau tết .

- Đến 16h00 ngày 01/02/2016 sẽ kết thúc việc thanh toán ( chuyển khoản và tiền mặt ).

- Ngày 03/02/2016 kế toán ngân hàng, thủ quỹ sẽ khóa sổ và kiểm kê quỹ tiền mặt, quỹ ngân hàng, không thực hiện chi trả .

members in May 02/2016 will be defined as follows: - Acquisition to transfer the entire debt next month 01/2016 Finance slowest room at 02.16.2016 to accounting 16h check and sign the BLD. - Liabilities March 01 / 2016 will be paid on 29.02.2016 (instead of 25.02.2015). - The PDN (already approved BLD) must pay before the New Year should be directed to the room before the 28/01 Finance / 2016. - After 1/28/2016, accounting not receiving payment by bank transfer, will be continued after New Year. - By 16:00 on 02.01.2016 will finish the payment (bank transfer and cash surface). - On 02.03.2016 the bank accounting, treasurer will closeout inventory and cash funds, bank funds, do not make payment.
