Bất cứ bên nào cũng có thể đổi địa chỉ chỉ định sang một địa chỉ khác tại đất nước có công trình đang được thi công, nhưng phải thông báo trước bằng văn bản cho Bên kia. Trước khi đổi địa chỉ, kỹ sư cũng phải thông báo bằng văn bản cho cả hai bên.
