Cơ quan chi trả thu nhập thực hiện đăng ký thuế cho cá nhân có thu nhập từ tiền lương, tiền công và đăng ký thuế cho người phụ thuộc của cá nhân một lần trong năm chậm nhất là 10 ngày làm việc trước thời điểm nộp hồ sơ quyết toán thuế thu nhập cá nhân hàng năm.
Một điểm mới đáng chú ý là Cơ quan thuế sẽ thực hiện công khai thông tin đăng ký thuế của người nộp thuế (NNT) trên trang thông tin điện tử của Tổng cục Thuế trong các trường hợp cụ thể. Theo thông tư, thông tin về NNT sẽ được đăng công khai trên trang web của Tổng cục Thuế nếu người nộp thuế ngừng hoạt động
Thông tư này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 12/8/2016.

The agency pays the income tax registration made for individuals with income from salaries, wages and tax registration for the dependence of the individual once in a slow year as 10 working days prior to the filing of personal income tax every year.A new point of note is that the tax authorities will make public information tax registration of taxpayers (NNT) on electronic information page of the General Department of taxation in the particular case. According to the circular, information on NNT will be posted publicly on the web site of the General Department of taxation if the taxpayer ceased operationsThis circular has effect from the date of 12/8/2016.

Agencies pay income tax register for individuals having income from salary, wages and tax registration for dependents of individuals once a year not later than 10 working days before the date of filing finalization of personal income tax every year.
A new addition notably Agency will make public tax information for tax registration of taxpayers (NNT) on electronic communications in the GDT Specific case. According to the circular, information on taxpayers will be posted publicly on the website of the General Department of Taxation if taxpayers decommissioned
This Circular takes effect from the date of 12.08.2016.
