Giáo sư John Quelch, Phó Hiệu trưởng Trường Kinh doanh Harvard, người được mệnh danh là "Thầy phù thủy marketing và thương hiệu", là người đã có nhiều dấu ấn đóng góp và tâm huyết xây dựng, vun đắp, thúc đẩy mối quan hệ hợp tác giữa tỉnh Khánh Hòa và Diễn đàn Toàn cầu Boston.
