from my own perspective, I like the study of Kaura et al. (2014) instead of SLIWA research and O'Kane. Because research Kaura et al. (2014) could help me find the factors affecting the quality of service. On the other hand, research SLIWA and O'Kane made me a comprehensive view, not Kaura et al. (2014).
