Cụ thể:
- Luôn luôn lễ phép và chào khách một cách lịch sự và vui vẻ.
- Hướng dẫn khách làm các thủ tục lưu trú
- Hiểu rõ các sản phẩm và công năng của khách sạn, giờ hoạt động, các vị trị ngồi trong và ngoài khách sạn và các loại hình dịch vụ
- Hiểu rõ các dịch vụ đi kèm của khách sạn để tư vấn cho khách hàng
- Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh nhanh và chính xác.
- Luôn luôn chú ý tới khách và phục vụ chu đáo.
- Đảm bảo Khách hàng luôn hài lòng với chất lượng, dịch vụ lưu trú, phục vụ, thức ăn và thức uống của Nhà hàng.
- Luôn đảm bảo vệ sinh khu vực cũng như bản thân luôn sạch sẽ.
- Báo cáo kịp thời với Tổ trưởng những trường hợp Khách hàng than phiền
- Luôn thể hiện tính chuyên nghiệp trong việc phục vụ Khách hàng
