3.1 Mục tiêu số 1: Hoàn thành xây dựng và đưa vào khai thác Dự án khu công nghiệp Phú Mỹ 3 đúng tiến độ, đáp ứng các yêu cầu kỹ thuật và hiệu quả kinh tế.
3.1 Mục tiêu số 2: Hàng năm không có quá 5 phàn nàn bằng văn bản của khách hàng về chất lượng hạ tầng kỹ thuật hoặc dịch vụ hỗ trợ do công ty cung cấp.
3.2 Mục tiêu số 3: Xây dựng hoàn chỉnh hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo TCVN ISO 9001:2008 và đạt được chứng nhận chậm nhất vào cuối quý 1 năm 2013.
