Bộ trưởng cường cho biết, sắp đến bộ tư pháp sẽ phối hợp với bộ nội vụ trình chính phủ kế hoạch để các địa phương rà soát lại cán bộ hộ tịch, ai đạt chuẩn thì giữ lại tiếp tục công tác, ai chưa đạt chuẩn phải nghiên cứu lại, thậm chí phải đào tạo lại để đảm bảo nghiệp vụ.
