Trường hợp khách hàng xuất trình nhiều loại giấy tờ tuỳ thân hợp lệ, Bộ phận tiếp nhận hồ sơ hướng dẫn khách hàng lựa chọn một loại giấy tờ tuỳ thân chính để giao dịch với Ngân hàng (theo thứ tự ưu tiên Chứng minh nhân dân, Hộ chiếu, Chứng minh sỹ quan quân đội nhân dân Việt nam), giấy tờ tuỳ thân còn lại của khách hàng sao chụp lại để làm căn cứ khai báo số ID phụ trên phân hệ CIF
