Khi thực hiện các thủ tục phân tích và phát hiện ra vấn đề bất thường, KTVNB phải tìm hiểu và đánh giá các vấn đề này. Đồng thời, KTVNB cần phỏng vấn cấp quản lý của tổ chức và thực hiện các thủ tục khác cho đến khi KTVNB cảm thấy các vấn đề được giải thích thỏa đáng. Các vấn đề bất thường nhưng không được giải thích thỏa đáng có thể là dấu hiệu của lỗi trọng yếu hoặc các gian lận, trong trường hợp này KTVNB cần trao đổi các vấn đề này với cấp quản lý phù hợp để có cách thức giải quyết hợp lý.

When implementing the procedure for analysis and discovered unusual problem, KTVNB to learn and evaluate this issue. At the same time, KTVNB need to interview a management-level of the Organization and perform other procedures until the KTVNB feel the matter was satisfactorily explained. The unusual problem but no satisfactory explanation could be the sign of critical error or fraud, in this case KTVNB needs to swap this issue with appropriate management level to be solving.

When performing analytical procedures and detect unusual problem, KTVNB to understand and assess these issues. Simultaneously, KTVNB need interviewed managers of the organization and perform other procedures until KTVNB feel the issues are satisfactorily explained. The extraordinary problem but not explained satisfactorily may be a sign of significant errors or fraud, in which case KTVNB exchanging this issue with appropriate levels of management for how to deal reasonable.
