Nhiệm vụ 2:
FPT Học viện Quốc tế muốn phát triển hệ thống quản lý sinh viên của mình.
Trong hệ thống quản lý sinh viên này, các chức năng ứng dụng là để lưu trữ danh sách các sinh viên.
Mỗi học sinh sẽ cần phải lưu trữ các thông tin sau.
Một hệ thống thông tin học sinh, hệ thống quản lý học sinh, phần mềm quản lý trường học hoặc quản lý sinh viên. Một hệ thống thông tin học sinh cung cấp khả năng đăng ký học phần của sinh viên, tài liệu phân loại, bảng điểm, thiết kế lịch trình sinh viên, theo dõi cơ sở học sinh đi học trên cơ sở dữ liệu và quản lý nhiều nhu cầu dữ liệu học sinh khác liên quan trong một trường học.
Hệ thống này có cơ chế hoạt động dễ dàng không rườm rà. Nên về cơ bản, nó là một chương trình với 7 lựa chọn: Thêm học sinh mới, Xem tất cả các sinh viên sinh viên, tìm kiếm, Xóa sinh viên, sinh viên Update, Help, Thoát. Khi người dùng chọn một trong những lựa chọn, chương trình sẽ chuyển sang chức năng đó. Cuối cùng, họ sẽ có một chương trình hữu ích tùy theo nhu cầu riêng của họ.
Bảo trì:
Phần này cũng không kém phần quan trọng như chương trình chính nó. Vì vậy, tôi có một chương trình, bước tiếp theo là phải có một chiến lược bảo trì. Đầu tiên, tôi phải suy nghĩ về khả năng sử dụng chuyển tiếp đó là thêm chức năng hơn để đáp ứng nhu cầu của người dùng. Tôi sẽ không thêm một chức năng trong menu nhưng tôi sẽ bổ sung thêm các chức năng bên trong các chức năng chính mà chúng ta đã có.

Task 2: FPT International Academy wanted to develop the student management system. In this student management system, the function of the application is to store the list of students.Each student will need to store the following information. This system has a mechanism to easily not cumbersome. When users select one of the options, the program will switch to that function. In the end, they will have a useful program depending on their own needs. First, I have to think about the possibility of using the transition that is more functional than to meet the needs of the user. I will not add a function in the menu but I will add the function inside the main function that we already have. Second, research the feedback from the users, understand their needs and then do it to give them a better program. Third, be careful to select the features that we will make. There will be a lot of user feedback but I will not put all of them on. Instead, I will evaluate every basic features on the majority of users and then decide what features bring best results.
