Riêng các công dân nước ngoài không có quốc tịch Việt Nam sẽ nộp đơn xét tuyển cùng sự chứng minh về khả năng Anh ngữ để theo học tập tại trường. Sau khi trải qua kì thi chọn lựa, các sinh viên vào học sẽ tiếp tục thực hiện một bài thi kiểm tra trình độ Anh ngữ không mang tính loại trừ để được sắp xếp vào các lớp tương ứng bổ sung cho khả năng Anh ngữ. Thời gian học tập tối đa cho bậc Đại học là 6 năm, thời gian đào tạo chuẩn là 4 năm.
