Nếu Chủ đầu tư trì hoãn các khoản thanh toán quá mười lăm (15) ngày sau ngày tới hạn thanh toán được quy định trong Điều 45.1 (b) hoặc (c) trong Quy định chung của Hợp đồng, tiền lãi sẽ phải trả cho Tư vấn đối với mỗi ngày chậm với lãi suất được quy định trong Quy định đặc biệt.

If the owner delayed payments too fifteen (15) days after the due date for payment specified in article 45.1 (b) or (c) of the General provisions of the contract, the interest would pay for counseling for each day delay with the interest rate specified in the special provisions.

Results (English) 2:

If the investor delaying payments exceed fifteen (15) days after the payment due date specified in Article 45.1 (b) or (c) of the General Regulations of the contract, interest will be paid to consultant for each day of delayed interest rate specified in the special provisions.
