Về kinh tế, Việt Nam là một trong ba nước đạt tỷ lệ cao nhất trong việc thực hiện các mục tiêu của Kế hoạch tổng thể xây dựng Cộng đồng Kinh tế ASEAN (84,5%); tham gia tích cực trong đàm phán về các biện pháp thuận lợi hóa thương mại, đầu tư, dịch vụ; chủ động thực hiện các cam kết về giảm thuế nhập khẩu xuống mức từ 0 - 5% theo Hiệp định Thương mại hàng hóa ASEAN (đối với đa số các dòng thuế trong danh mục cắt giảm thông thường) và nỗ lực hoàn thành cam kết về xóa bỏ thuế quan đối với các sản phẩm trong các ngành ưu tiên hội nhập, mở rộng hợp tác và liên kết kinh tế giữa ASEAN với các đối tác.

Results (English) 1:

Economically, Vietnam is one of the three countries reached the highest rate in the realization of the goals of the overall plan to build the ASEAN Economic Community (84.5 percent); and to participate actively in the negotiations on measures to facilitate trade, investment, culture services; the initiative made the commitment to reduce tariffs down to levels from 0-5% according to the ASEAN goods trade agreement ( for the majority of the tax cuts in the category line common) and efforts to fulfill its commitment to remove tariffs for the products in the integration of priority sectors, expanding economic links and cooperation between ASEAN with its partners.

Economically, Vietnam is one of the three countries reached the highest rate in the realization of the objectives of the Master Plan for building the ASEAN Economic Community (84.5%); active participation in negotiations on measures to facilitate trade, investment and services; actively implement the commitment to reduce import tariffs down from 0-5% to the Agreement on Trade in Goods of ASEAN (for most tariff lines in category common cut) and efforts to fulfill the commitment the elimination of tariffs for products in the priority integration sectors, expand cooperation and economic linkages between ASEAN and its partners.
