Biên bản mở thầu: Các thông tin nêu trong HSMT phải được ghi vào biên bản mở thầu. Biên bản mở thầu phải được ký xác nhận bởi đại diện của bên mời thầu và các nhà thầu tham dự lễ mở thầu. Biên bản này phải được gửi cho các nhà thầu tham dự thầu;

Minutes of opening bid: the information outlined in HSMT must be recorded in the minutes of opening the tenders. Report on the opening bid must be signed by representatives of the tender side and the contractors attend opening bid. The minutes shall be sent to the participating contractor;

The bid opening report: The information stated in the bidding documents shall be recorded in the minutes of the bid opening. The bid opening report must be signed for certification by the representative of the tenderer and contractors attended the bid opening. These documents shall be sent to the participating contractors;
