Chương trình quản lý và hoàn thiện

Chương trình quản lý và hoàn thiện chất lượng KTNB được xây dựng nhằm đảm bảo rằng Ban KTNB (a) thực hiện công việc liên quan đến nhiệm vụ được giao; (b) tuân thủ với Chuẩn mực Quốc tế về Thông lệ KTNB của VKTVNB; (c) hoạt động hiệu quả, và (d) đem lại giá trị gia tăng và nâng cao hoạt động của các ĐTKT nói riêng và hoạt động quả lý của NHGT & BXD nói chung.

Ban KTNB theo dõi và đánh giá chất lượng của công tác KTNB cũng như đánh giá mức độ tuân thủ theo quy trình sau:

Program management and quality improvement Internal Audit is designed to ensure that the Internal Audit Committee (a) perform work related to their assigned tasks; (B) compliance with the International Standards of Internal Audit Practices VKTVNB; (C) effective, and (d) bring added value and improve the operations of particular DTKT and results of operations of NHGT & BXD general.
