Giai đoạn 1 đã hoàn thành và tiến hành xử lý nước thải thu từ quận 1, 3, 5, và một phần quận 10, công suất trung bình là 141000 m3/ngày đêm; gồm 10 bể sơ cấp, 10 bể sục khí, 10 bể thứ cấp. Công suất tại trạm trong khoảng 90.000 - 156.000 m3/ngày và lượng bùn thu gom cuối cùng 30 -35 tấn, độ ẩm 80%
Giai đoạn 2 đang được thi công, trong tương lai sẽ thu nước từ QUẬN 4, 6, 8, 11; tăng công suất, tăng số lượng bể lên thành 30 bể, tăng công suất lên 496 000 m3/ ngày đêm và tăng thời gian lưu bể.
