Trong trường hợp không thể thương lượng được, hai bên sẽ đưa ra Tòa Kinh Tế Tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế theo quy định của pháp luật xét xử. Quyết định cuối cùng của tòa án buộc hai bên phải thi hành, mọi chi phí do bên có lỗi chịu.
