Công Ty đã được cấp giấy phép xây dựng đối với các công trình xây dựng trên Khu Đất theo quy hoạch xây dựng của Dự Án (“Giấy Phép Xây Dựng”). Để làm rõ, Các Bên thống nhất rằng điều kiện này chỉ áp dụng khi và chỉ khi Luật Việt Nam có quy định rõ ràng rằng Giấy Phép Xây Dựng là một trong các điều kiện bắt buộc mà Công Ty phải đáp ứng để có thể triển khai thực hiện Dự Án.

The company has been granted a building permit for the construction works on the land according to the construction plan of the project ("building permit"). To clarify, the parties agree that this condition applies only when and only when Vietnam Law has clearly defined that the building permit was one of the required conditions that companies must meet in order to be able to implement the project.
