Chủ dự án có trách nhiệm gửi báo cáo giám sát đánh giá trước khi khởi công 15 ngày theo Mẫu IV-GSĐG 2 quy định tại Phụ lục IV của Thông tư này tới người có thẩm quyền quyết định đầu tư, cơ quan chủ quản, Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư và đơn vị đầu mối thực hiện giám sát, đánh giá đầu tư, đồng thời cập nhật trực tuyến vào Hệ thống thông tin về giám sát, đánh giá đầu tư các chương trình dự án sử dụng vốn Nhà nước của Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư.
