Điều 22: Điều khoản chung
Bất cứ sự sửa đổi hoặc bổ sung các điều kiện nào trong hợp đồng này cũng phải được cả bên A và bên B đồng ý trước khi in thành văn bản.
Trường hợp một bên không tuân thủ các điều khỏan hoặc điều kiện của hợp đồng mà gây ra thiệt hại về tài chính cho bên kia thì bên gây ra sẽ chịu toàn bộ trách nhiệm bồi thường cho bên thiệt hại.
Không bên nào có quyền chuyển nhượng quyền lợi của mình cho bên thứ 3 mà không có sự đồng ý của cả hai bên bằng văn bản.
Hợp đồng này được lập thành 02 bản tiếng Anh mỗi bên giữ một bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau.
Thời hạn của hợp đồng: bắt đầu từ ngày… tháng… năm… đến ngày… tháng… năm…
Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực từ ngày… tháng… năm…
Sau khi ký kết hợp đồng này, tất cả các quy định, thư từ trước đó giữa các bên liên quan đến hợp đồng này sẽ xem như vô hiệu.
