- Hai Bên cam kết giữ gìn và bảo mật hợp đồng này. Nếu Bên nào vi phạm và tiết lộ thông tin của Hợp đồng này cho bất kỳ Bên thứ ba nào thì phải bồi thường thiệt hại gây ra cho Bên kia (nếu có).
- Luật áp dụng cho Hợp đồng này là Luật của Nhà nước CHXHCN Việt Nam hiện hành.
- Trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồng, nếu chính phủ Việt Nam ban hành văn bản mới dẫn đến sự thay đổi toàn bộ hay từng phần trong các điều khoản của Hợp đồng này, thì hai Bên sẽ cùng thỏa thuận lại và lập biên bản bổ sung sao cho phù hợp theo sự việc. Các

biên bản bổ sung phát sinh sẽ có giá trị pháp lý như Hợp đồng này. Khi cần thiết cụ thể hóa các Điều khoản của Hợp đồng hai Bên sẽ cùng nhau thỏa thuận và tiến hành việc ký kết Phụ lục cho Hợp đồng.
- Trong quá trình triển khai, nếu có sự thay đổi về Người đại diện hợp pháp của Bất cứ Bên nào, thì Người đại diện hợp pháp mới này vẫn phải có trách nhiệm và nghĩa vụ thực hiện theo đúng các Điều khoản đã thỏa thuận và thống nhất giữa hai Bên trong Hợp đồng này.
- Hai Bên cam kết thực hiện nghiêm túc và đúng các Điều khoản đã ghi trong Hợp đồng này. Trong thời gian thực hiện nếu có phát sinh bất đồng hoặc tranh chấp thì hai Bên sẽ cùng nhau bàn bạc giải quyết trên tinh thần hợp tác bình đẳng và cùng có lợi.
- Trong trường hợp không tự giải quyết được thì sẽ đưa vụ việc ra Tòa án Kinh tế Tp.HCM để xử lý. Phán quyết của Tòa là quyết định sau cùng và là cơ sở buộc hai Bên phải thực thi.
- Hợp đồng này sẽ có hiệu lực pháp lý ngay khi hai Bên đã hoàn tất việc ký quỹ
để đảm bảo thực hiện.
- Hợp đồng được lập thành 6 (sáu) bản như nhau, mỗi Bên được giữ 2 (hai) bản và mỗi ngân hàng giữ 01(một) bản để theo dõi và thực hiện. Hợp đồng này được xem là đã thanh lý khi hai Bên đã thực hiện hoàn tất các nghĩa vụ phải làm.

-In the deployment process, if there is a change of the legal representative of any party, then this new legal representative must have the responsibility and obligation to perform in accordance with the terms agreed and agreed between the two parties in this agreement.
-on the commitment to seriously and strictly the terms stated in this agreement. In duration if there arises a disagreement or dispute, the two sides will jointly discuss resolving the spirit of equality and mutual benefit.
-In any case not handled, it will take the case out of court economy Tp.HCM to handle. The ruling by the Court's decision is forcing the two Sides to implement.
-This agreement will be effective as soon as the legal side has completed escrow
to ensure performance.
-a contract was established 6 (six) the same, each side held 2 (two) copies, each Bank keeps 1 (a) to follow up and implementation. This agreement is considered to have been liquidated when the two Sides have made completing the supposed do.
