6.10. Nếu tàu phải tạm dừng làm hàng mà không phải do lỗi của Bên B gây ra (trừ trường hợp bất khả kháng) thì trong vòng 24 giờ Bên B có quyền đưa tàu ra ngoài vùng neo chờ giải quyết, việc làm hàng sẽ được tiến hành trở lại sau khi đã có sự thống nhất giữa các bên liên quan, Bên B sẽ miễn trách đối với mọi chi phí phát sinh.
