Điều 11. Hồ sơ thông tin khách hàng là các chủ thể khác
1. Hộ kinh doanh:
a) Giấy Đăng ký thông tin khách hàng – Đề nghị mở tài khoản (lần đầu): 02 bản;
b) Giấy tờ chứng minh việc thành lập và hoạt động:
Cá nhân có đăng ký kinh doanh; Nhóm người có đăng ký kinh doanh; Hộ gia đình (có đăng ký kinh doanh): Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký hộ kinh doanh.
c) Giấy tờ chứng minh tư cách chủ tài khoản:
- Cá nhân có đăng ký kinh doanh: Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký hộ kinh doanh
- Nhóm người có đăng ký kinh doanh: Văn bản thỏa thuận của các thành viên nhóm đăng ký kinh doanh về việc chỉ định người làm chủ tài khoản, mở và sử dụng tài khoản.
